Pressure Cooker Pork Chops, Carrots, and Potatoes

If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and delicious dinner, pressure cooker pork chops, carrots, and potatoes fits the bill. My kids kept asking for more. It’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or for serving to dinner guests.

This looks yummy! I wonder if I could adapt this for crockpot?

I’ve never made pork chops in a slow cooker, but I don’t see why not! I’d try cooking them for however long you usually cook pork chops in a slow cooker. Let me know how it comes out if you try it!

I love pork chops, but I can’t get anyone else in my house to eat them. So I don’t eat them often.

If I use four pork chops, does the time increase?

No, the time will remain the same. Hope you like it!

I love everything in this recipe, especially the soy sauce and the curry powder. It’s another reason for me to get a crock pot.

It’s so good! We use a pressure cooker, but I’m sure it would work in a slow cooker, too.

How long do you think this would take if the chops are frozen?

I haven’t tried that before, but I’d try adding 4-6 more minutes, depending on thickness.

I thought you always had to have at least one cup of liquid.

Yep! The balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and chicken stock add up to 1 cup :).

How would you adjust the time for 10 bone-in chops (1/2-1 inch)? Just got my first Instant Pot and excited to try this recipe!

I would try 12-13 minutes. Let me know how it comes out!

The photo looks like there is something other than curry and ginger on the veggies. What other herbs are used?

A little dried parsley to make it look prettier for the picture 🙂

I made this last night and the pork chops were extremely tough. They weren’t 1″ thick so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it. Other than that the flavor was great.

What a bummer! Yeah, I would recommend decreasing the time for thinner pork chops.
