My son has been asking for a robot, so I was thrilled when I was chosen to receive Ozobot through TryAzon. I was especially excited to discover a robot toy that helps teach coding because I used to work in software development. Computer programming was my favorite class in high school, so it’s right up my alley. The Robot Toy that Teaches STEM and Coding: Ozobot - A Wandering Vine #tryazon #ozobot

The Educational Toy Robot that Teaches STEM and Coding

The little robot follows lines and commands. Different “codes” of color sequences instruct the robot to do different commands: u-turn, speed up, slow down, etc.Β It works both on paper and on a tablet via downloadable apps. Several paper patterns are included, along with markers and some stickers with code sequences.

It’s been a big hit with my son. He loves using different patterns and has tried creating his own. This is an excellent educational toy that will grow with him. It’s appropriate for almost all ages. The recommendation is ages 6 and up, but my son is 4 (almost 5) and is able to use it. He needs more help than a 6-year-old would, but still loves it.

Everyone else that I’ve shown it to has also been impressed. I will definitely be recommending this to many people. It would be great for a classroom, homeschool, or just educational play at home.

If we had toys like this when I was young I wouldn’t have hated STEM subjects! But I was always more into the literary world.
