My kids love crafts, and I love saving money on craft supplies. I found this adorable Valentine “Mailbox” craft, and all the supplies are available from Dollar Tree. That means you can get everything you need for just $1 each. This would make a great classroom craft or fun for a playgroup.

Here is what you need:

Brown Paper Lunch Bags

Let each kid decorate his or her brown paper bag to make a mailbox with construction paper, markers, crayons, etc. After the kids have finished decorating their “mailboxes,” they are ready to receive Valentine “mail” on Valentine’s Day.

You can also find lots of fun stuff to include in Valentines at Dollar Tree, including these adorable erasers and Valentine cards:

Such a cute idea to surprise everyone on Valentine’s Day. Id fill it with chocolates and candies for my kids and tell them a secret admirer left it!

Great valentine gift ideas! It’s always lovely to give something that you personally worked on and customized. There’s something special about it over things that bought from the store.
